The terms and conditions of ItHub outline the financial obligations and responsibilities of users who wish to access the services offered by the platform. Users should carefully read and agree to the terms before engaging with ItHub.
The Franchise Fee, Software Solution, Training and Administrative Costs incurred by users are non-refundable service fees, and ItHub reserves the right to modify the fees at any time based on the marketing strategy implemented by the user. The engagement parameters will be determined by the current plan in effect at the time of signing the agreement, which will be binding for both parties.
ItHub reserves the right to terminate the contract by providing a written notice of three months to the other party. Upon termination, all records, documents and information must be returned to AEPS Smart Store as per its instructions.
If a receiver or liquidator is appointed for the business of ItHub and it has substantial assets or if any government or regulatory body issues any order or direction which suspends the operations of ItHub.
If ItHub files a petition for winding up or dissolution or if any creditor/person or the court declares ItHub insolvent.
If ItHub is unable to pay its debts or take care of its liabilities in the regular course of business, as determined by ItHub.
If ItHub is unable to offer the services required under this Agreement, a proper assessment of the circumstances affecting ItHub ability to provide the Services required by this Agreement should be made.
If ItHub, its representatives, employees or agents engage in any commission or comission to defraud or prejudice the interests of ItHub or its customers.
It is important to note that termination of the contract shall not release either party from any obligations incurred prior to the date of termination. Further more, any provision that is intended to survive termination of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
